V. RAMU SHARMA

A Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he began his career in practice in 1988, with offices in Chennai and Bangalore. He then changed careers and became a member of the
Bangalore Stock Exchange in 1995. He has since been an active member of the exchange and its subsidiary, BgSE Financials Ltd (a leading stock broker in Karnataka).

His focus has always been the retail investor, and has strived to make the investor a better-informed decision maker.

He has been a director of the exchange since 2000, and has also served as Chairman of BgSE Financials Ltd.

He is the Chairman of the Federation of Indian Stock Exchanges, representing all the Regional Stock Exchanges in our country.

He is serving as a member in two committees constituted by SEBI, the Secondary Market Advisory Committee (SMAC), and the Committee on future of Regional Stock Exchanges-Post Demutualisation.

Satish Kumar Dutt

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is aged 45 years old. He started his career in private practice in 1987. In his decade of practice, he has handled various customers in varied business segments giving vast financial insight into different business dynamics.

When NSE called for members in 1995, he quit practice and promoted a company which took-up membership. He has been a member of the committee on trade issues (COTI) of NSE.

In 2003 he also promoted companies for Insurance broking and commodities market.


B N Subramanya

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is aged 48 years old. He has started his career in financial management and accounting functions. Then he started his own CA firm in 1984.

Since last 22 years he is focusing mainly on Company Audits, Income tax and management advisory services. Having many leading companies as clients such as Valdel Corporation, Valdel Engineers & Constructors Pvt. Ltd., L & T Valdel Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Insurance Companies, M.S.Ramaiah Group of Educational Institutions etc.

He is also a Director in Red Couch Interactive ( India ) Private Limited, a Software Development Company since incorporation in 1999, Q Dos Flexcircuits ( India ) Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary of Q Dos Technologies Sdn. Bhd., Penang , Malaysia , a Flexible PCB manufacturer.

He is also associated with other companies and firms in various capacities.
